Terms & Conditions
1. Payment
Payment is due upon the raising of the invoice. Credit accounts are available to UK trade customers on provision of satisfactory references. Blue Otter Ltd retain title in all goods sold by us until all sums due or to become due to us from the purchaser in respect of any order have been paid. Delivery of goods may be delayed if any sum is outstanding. In the event of non payment of account within the specified terms, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the outstanding amount.
2. Delivery
Delivery is £16 per case (ex VAT) for the first case to any mainland UK address. Subsequent cases are charged at £4 each (ex VAT). Other deliveries (e.g. overseas) will be charged at cost.
3. Acceptance of goods
It is the customers obligation to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify either ourselves or the carrier immediately of any shortage or damage. In the absence of any such notification within 24 hours , any damage or shortage will be deemed to have occurred after delivery. 4. Force Majeure The company shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 5. Jurisdiction This contract is made under English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
